These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NexStream platform. By using NexStream, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NexStream, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using NexStream on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Description of Service

NexStream provides an AI-powered platform for YouTube channel automation, including video creation, scheduling, publishing, and analytics. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. YouTube and Google Services

NexStream integrates with YouTube via the YouTube Data API. Your use of YouTube through NexStream is also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize NexStream to access and manage your YouTube channels on your behalf as permitted by the scopes you approve during OAuth authorization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NexStream to:

• Upload content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or any applicable laws.
• Engage in spam, automated abuse, or any activity that violates YouTube's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using NexStream. By using our platform, you grant NexStream a limited license to process and publish your content on YouTube as instructed.

7. Intellectual Property

The NexStream platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by NexStream and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or channel access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

NexStream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results from using the platform will meet your expectations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NexStream after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
